I never leave negative reviews, but I consider this a public service. I went in to get two tires replaced in late-August, as I had small nails in both. I also purchased a tire alignment with a 3-month/3k mile warranty. At the end of October I noticed a nail in one of the tires, in the exact same spot as one of the tires that was allegedly replaced in August. I went somewhere else to get that tire replaced, as my suspicions kept me from wanting to spend more money here. The free alignment check revealed my car was still considerably out of alignment, which over time would cause uneven and accelerated tire wear. I left and brought my car back here and luckily the generous lady agreed to fix the alignment at no cost, which is great, but had I not gotten the free alignment check at a competitor I would have most likely missed out on the warranty period and been out $90. You don't get bonus points for cleaning up your mess only once you're called on it.
