I had tried many times to workout on my own. I was never able to do it consistently because I lacked the discipline and motivation. With Cory, all that has changed. He has managed to make working out something I look forward to every week. I am challenged each and every time I go, and my workouts are never the same. I have been going to Cory for about 6 months now, and my motivation is still strong. The results have been great. He is an excellent trainer with vast knowledge of what he does. Any questions I have about my workout are always answered. More importantly, your goals are his, and he takes great interest in you as a whole person. I plan to workout with Cory indefinitely!
