    The bagels are great! I love the Monday bagel deal (13 bagels for $7). Would be 5 stars but the customer service is lackluster. The people behind the counter routinely leave you waiting without greeting you for extended periods; the cashiers often can not articulate their own specials and promotions leaving the customer confused.
