Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 4100 Donald Douglas Drive, Long Beach, California.

My first experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was not very good. I made a reservation months in advance of my trip and was quoted a price of $ 502.00 for the week. When I arrived to pick up the car, I found out that that price did not include all the insurance coverage i should have, just liability, and the price went up 120 dollars to get the coverage I felt comfortable with, driving in southern California. The car they gave me was a Black Chevy impala, with an all black leather interior which was very uncomfortable for my passengers and I in the summer heat in California. After spending a week with this car I can't even imagine someone offering it in this locality. It would have been great for Boston in the winter time.
When I returned the car , the drop off point was under staffed and I waited a fair amount of time in line to return the vehicle, in a small hot temporary office in the parking lot at the airport. There was no time to lodge a complaint. I had to catch my flight home. I have a feeling this is my last time using Enterprise.
