Hana Nail Spa at 6412 East Spring Street, Long Beach, California.

This place use to be soooooo good and had so many amazing girls working here but NOT any more.... the customer service sucks and I just paid $30 dollars for the worse service ever... Tina sucked so bad... she try to sell me up some metallic gel nails and she didn't even gave me a message or warm towels or lotion or nothing.. only the feet and the color... I'm sooo disappointed and frustrated.... that's why she didn't get a tip and I don't even feel bad about that. Managment needs to work on this girls, I use to work in a beauty salon my self and this would fly in my place... don't let your client tell you how to do your job, that's my thing so I don't say anything...

Hannah Nails is always packed and the way the owner speaks to the workers there makes everybody feel very uncomfortable. He belittles them talks rudely to them it's just extremely uncomfortable and there's like a gazillion staff members. For example when the one girl came to get a nail polish he just yelled at her to "get away from me"and "you're bothering me go away from all these customers" I felt embarrassed for her.
