Feb, 27 2019Stephanie Armstrong1I went to HD Supply Home Improvement company in Gardena on January 22nd looking for a kitchen faucet. However they didn't have the kitchen faucet that I wanted in stock. The representative checked his computer and said that there were eight in stock at the HD Supply Company located in Paramount. So I went to the one in Paramount I didn't see any faucet on their shelves for I requested assistance. The representative requested for someone to come to the faucet department on his intercom to assist me. After waiting 15 minutes no one showed I went back up to the customer service desk to let them know and they requested assistance for me once again on the intercom. I waited additional 15 minutes but no one showed so I left unsatisfied. That was one wasted trip.
