ILKB is the best workout I have found in Long Beach! The instructors and community are motivating and friendly. Every workout is unique and challenging but also lots of fun. I never want to miss a class because I get a great workout every time and have so much fun. Joining ILKB was a great decision to get myself motivated and work towards my fitness goals!

Ilovekickboxing has been AMAZING! I’ve only been going 4 weeks and I feel more energized, inspired and motivated to keep going. I’ve never had a membership to a gym or a workout that I love more than this. I feel stronger than ever and the best part is the trainers! You can tell they want you to succeed, whatever your fitness goals may be. They are there to help support you and help you overcome every little struggle along the path. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place...I LOVE IT!!
