Nordstrom Rack Marina Pacifica Mall at 6274 Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach, California.

Location is good, convenient in Belmont shore. However, one guy called Abby was so unfriendly, blaming the customer for the problem, no warranty whatsoever, all he was doing was finding excuse one another, naming himself manager in charge, I mean the guy just reluctant to do anything. Went to another store, problem solved.

Decent selection and mostly friendly staff. Did not receive the best customer service on my trip. I found a pair of sneakers which were barely marked down, yet had a lot of damage to them. For anyone that understands how difficult it is to find that perfect pair, this was them. Yet they were in such poor condition that it did not warrant the price tag on them. Upon requesting a review of the price due to the blatant damage, the staff attempted to find me the same shoe, couldn't, and said they wouldn't do anything to assist with the price.

Price was not the point here, it's a matter of principle and not paying full price for a sneaker that appears to have been worn and damaged.

Nonetheless I walked out with a nice new wallet. Definitely will not be coming back for shoe purchases.
