Paid 80 bucks for super cleaning and upholstery shampoo on front seats, gave them 2.5 hours. I return and all they did was wash my car.. no shampoo. Wasted so much time... refused to refund for the shampoo. Now I have to sit here while they do some halfassed superquick shampoo now, and drive to work in a wet seat. Poor customer service.
