When I paid, the cashier stapled my receipt to my gift card, and they ran out of parking validation tickets and we were sent to another vendor. According to the vendors across the street this is a common occurrence. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have asked for my money back since I paid for ice cream I didn't get.
