H&M at 37 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, California.

I love H&M I went in the afternoon around 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm
While I was looking around , this guy Employee would literally follow me everywhere and try to fix everything back to how it was it’s not like if I was making a mess or anything oh and he never bother to ask if I needed help looking for the right size , it seems like he hates he’s job , they are just rude !!!

Great place to shop, decent prices.

I came in to make a simple purchase on my lunch break. The employee working at the register made it her mission to be unpleasant and rude to me as a customer. No reason whatsoever, other than she was likely having a bad day for some reason - I work with the public too, don't take it out on your customers.

If the manager reading this cares to reach out to me for exact date and time of the transaction, I would be happy to share since she was the only person on the registers at that moment and it would likely benefit your team and H&M to address her behavior.
